- At least a High School graduate. Second coursers and current college students are welcome to apply.

Photocopy of secondary report card (Form 137) and High School diploma - For High School graduates of the Department of Education’s Alternative Learning System (ALS):
Photocopy of the Certificate of Completion - For transfer students:
School records or transfer credentials from the last school attended - For a graduate of any post-secondary course (second coursers):
Photocopy of diploma. If you are admitted, please submit a transcript of
records and course descriptions should you wish for your subjects to be
credited (for courses you have taken previously and can be credited at MFI)

Online Enrollment
Step 1:
Fill in the Enrollment Form
To continue your enrollment, you may do it at the safety of your home.
Step 2:
Make an online deposit to the following accounts
Online and Bank Payment are temporarily suspended.
Step 3:
Send the proof of payment
Upon payment, kindly send us a photo of the deposit slip OR a screenshot of the completed transaction to pasig@mfi.edu.ph
Step 4:
Done!
You will get a confirmation email from us once we receive and then verify your payment transaction.
Disclaimer: Registration without payment within 3 days or 72 hours will be forfeited.
Walk In Enrollment
Step 1:
Proceed to Room 104
- Go to Room 104 (Registrar’s Office) and submit the required documents.
- For new students: Submit your enrollment requirements.
- For old students: Present your ID and your filled clearance.
Step 2:
Get the list of subjects that you will enroll in
Step 3:
Proceed to the Accounting Office
Go to Room 218 (Accounting Office) for assessment.
Step 4:
Proceed to payment
Present assessed form and payment to cashier at Room 105.
Step 5:
Done!
Accept and check your copy of the assessed enrollment form as well as your official receipt.

The “Study Now, Pay Later Plan” helps financially challenged students by enabling them to enroll in courses without paying the full tuition upfront. They can pay 70% during their On-the-Job Training (OJT).
